We went to Little Farm in Tilden Park in Berkeley, CA with Zayden's cousins on Daddy's side. It was while Angela was in town so it was nice to have all of them together. You can bring in lettuce to feed the animals, and you can feed the cows, goats, duck, turkeys, pigs, chickens...and the kids LOVE it! Afterwards we had some lunch in town and you can see Zayden showing off his music on daddy's phone in the pic below. I love to see the kids bond and enjoy how they love to see the animals...this place has become a regular outing for our family!

This past weekend was a major heatwave here in the Bay Area, in American Canyon/Napa area it hit a high of 100 or 101 degrees! Major heat! We went to Cami's first birthday Saturday(more about that in another post!) but Sunday we made sure to head out in the cooler parts! Berkeley Marina is right by the bay and was beautiful, in the 70s and breezy. Daddy took Zayden fishing on the docks, while mommy sat and people watched. It was nice to see all the families there fishing on the weekend. We had hotdogs and chips, and sipped coffee to actually keep warm! Zayden had lots of fun running up and down the pier, he fell asleep in his stroller he was so pooped, which is unusual for him lately. No fish were caught, but we heard that people were getting halibut, stingray, and bass! Daddy will definitely take him back there. In the photo above he is showing me a green lady bug that he and daddy found on the dock.

Cam turned ONE last week but had a party this week, too bad it hit on the heatwave weekend but we had fun anyways! :) Here are some photos of Cam and mommy and daddy, and Zayden having fun with Lolo and Lola, Zayden really wanted to play all the games, but he's still too little so he was a little irritated by that! He had his own waterballoon toss with Lola, and he went home with Lolo since the heat was getting to him, he really is a winter baby! Thanks for having us Auntie C and Uncle Ron! You can probably see more pics on Cam's blog later on :) (hint hint Auntie!)
